In 2016 the 1200kms for Kids ride will take place from the 14-22 October. Join an amazing group of non-professional cyclists as they commit their time and legs to take on the challenge of cycling from the Sunshine Coast to Sydney while raising money to buy medical equipment for children in hospital.
The ride will travel through towns including Ipswich, Warwick, Armidale, Tamworth and Newcastle where riders will stop and visit hospitals and see first hand the difference that the 1200kms for Kids Charity Bike Ride is making in rural Australia.
Led by experienced riders and accompanied by a full support crew, your journey from the Sunshine Coast will be one you won’t forget.
This incredible effort is to raise vital funds for medical equipment, to substantially raise the level of care, and improve the lives of patients and their families every day. Helping sick kids is an awesome cause so follow the riders and donate.
